My
Story

The Geordie Singer

Paul's story started in the Mid 90's when he purchased a CD on the Quayside Market called "Pure Geordie" by Busker aka Ronnie Lambert and fell in love with what he describes as one of the greatest albums of all time.
He later found out off Ronnie Lambert that he had gained a grant from Catherine Cookson to fund the recording and production of the album and it was a classic.

In 1999 Paul released a cover of Coming Home Newcastle with his Pal Steve Halliday aka Cryin out Loud and it was voted number one on the Mike Neville Show and was the Cup final song for Newcastle United in 1999.
A few years later Paul was working on new ideas with Ronnie when he sadly passed away and Paul vowed to keep Ronnie's music alive and then began to write his own too. Paul has 50 songs on all major streaming services and has big plans for 2025 including his latest release
A Big River Dance Mix originally by Jimmy Nail & Mark Knopfler. Paul is hoping the Geordies love this timeless classic with a lively twist.
Their will be some massive new songs out in 2025 and plans for some live shows too so watch this space.
